Annual General Meeting
April 28, 2004
CHAIR: DON COLLAR
A motion to adopt the previous minutes was put forth by Marjorie Gardiner and seconded by Ann Frederking.
Brian Wright introduced Alex Munter as the meeting's key note speaker.
Mr. Munter's address focused on the lack of affordable housing.
Ann Frederking, Executive Director, recognized the many hours of work performed by a team of dedicated volunteers.
Jim Bogues, Treasurer, presented the financial report.
Ann Frederking, Executive Director, presented the Operational Report.
The Community Outreach Report was presented by Brian Wright.
Pierre Proulx, Volunteer, recommended McCartney's Company should be recognized by issuing a plaque for the support it has provided to the food cupboard over the years.
Dave and Sue Prebble owners of an M&M franchise presented Ann Frederking with a $433.00 cheque from a fundraising event.
Don Collar thanked everyone involved in the operation of the food cupboard for maintaining and efficient and effective operation.

The motion to accept the nominees was put forth by Jim Bogues and seconded by Pierre Proulx.
Don Collar closed the meeting by thanking everyone for attending and the meeting was adjourned.
